Each piece of jewellery is individually hand-crafted. As such, there are slight variations in size or shape.

Items purchased are not the exact ones pictured, but made to order especially for you. This means the dispatch cannot always be arranged immediately. Acquiring a uniquely designed piece made in small numbers, or one-of-a-kind, may sometimes require a little patience. 

Fragmentation pieces can generally be made and in the post to you within 3-5 days, however pieces requiring hallmarking or gold plating can take 4-6 weeks if not currently in stock. If you have a specific date an order is required by, please inquire for the delivery time before placing the order and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.
