MAKING TIME

Each piece of jewellery is individually hand-crafted by DeeLyn. Many items are made to order, specifically for you. This means the dispatch cannot always be immediate and the delivery times vary from piece to piece. Acquiring a uniquely designed piece of jewellery made in small numbers, or one-of-a-kind, may sometimes require a little patience.

Most items in the listed on the website can be made and posted within a week, for larger hallmarked items it may take up to 6 weeks, but usually it's less. For specific times, see the item's description. However, please contact me if you need a piece for a special date and I will do my best to help. info@deelyn.co.uk


SHIPPING + DELIVERY 

I am delighted to offer fast, secure, premium international delivery to our customers across the European Union, the United States, and the rest of the world.All international orders are handled by our trusted courier partner, DHL Express. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. 

🇬🇧  UK RATES + TIMES (NI excluded)

  • Orders £150+  -- FREE
  • Orders up to £75 -- £4.50 (Royal Mail 48hr Tracked)
  • Orders up to £75 -- £7.50  (Royal Mail 24hr Tracked with Signature)
  • Special Delivery -- £11 (Available for all orders, only option for £75+)

NORTHERN IRELAND -  We are not able to ship to Northern Ireland due to the GPSD / Brexit regulations. This is obviously insane seeing as NI is part of the UK. Hopefully it is resolved promptly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

🌎 INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOM CLEARANCES

No Hidden Fees! I now use Shopify Managed Markets to power the international checkouts. This means a 100% stress-free delivery with absolutely no unexpected bills or customs fees upon arrival.
  • For EU & International Customers: All local import VAT, customs processing fees, and regional duties are automatically calculated and added directly to your cart at checkout.
  • For US Customers: In light of current US tariff regulations, all required import duties and customs entry fees are calculated dynamically in real-time and paid upfront at our checkout.
Because all fees are pre-paid before your order lands, your package bypasses traditional customs delays, clears transit seamlessly, and is delivered directly to your doorstep with total price transparency. If you do not see the duties added before checkout, remove your address and enter again. Any orders processed without the fees paid will unfortunately have to be cancelled.

We offer flat-rate express shipping that scales based on your total order value. This allows us to fully secure and insure higher-value luxury items during transit.

  • Orders £100.01 - £200 -- £19.50
  • Orders up to £100 -- £16.50

USA + CANADA RATES (1-3 days)

REST OF THE WORLD RATES (3-5 days)

ORDER TRACKING & SECURITY

As soon as your order is packed and ready to travel, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your DHL Express tracking number. Because we deal with high-value jewellery and premium bags, an adult signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely in your hands.
