MAKING TIME

Each piece of jewellery is individually hand-crafted by DeeLyn. Many items are made to order, specifically for you. This means the dispatch cannot always be immediate and the delivery times vary from piece to piece. Acquiring a uniquely designed piece of jewellery made in small numbers, or one-of-a-kind, may sometimes require a little patience.

Most items in the listed on the website can be made and posted within a week, for larger hallmarked items it may take up to 6 weeks, but usually it's less. For specific times, see the item's description. However, please contact me if you need a piece for a special date and I will do my best to help. info@deelyn.co.uk

It’s my aim to send your order as efficiently and safely as possible. Each piece is securely packaged in a jewellery box with care information and a polishing cloth for silver items.

UK Delivery

UK Delivery orders £100+ ... FREE  (Members get free postage on £40+ orders)  

All orders totalling £100+ within the United Kingdom are delivered free of charge. Packages are sent using Special Delivery through Royal Mail and are fully insured whilst in transit. Items must be signed for on receipt.

UK Delivery orders of £99 or less 

Royal Mail 48hr tracked £4 - available for orders p to £50

Royal Mail 24hr tracked £6 - available on orders up to £75

Special Delivery £9 - available for all orders. Free on orders of £100+ 

 

International Delivery

USA - I am currently unable to ship to the US due to the new tariffs and unknown pricing & fees. Contact my via email to discuss specific items and I may be able to work out a final cost for you. 

Canada, UAE, Australia, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore

International Delivery orders £250+ ... FREE

International Delivery orders 249.99 or less ... £20

I am able to deliver most places using Royal Mail International Signed For or UPS. Items are fully insured whilst in transit. Delivery times can vary depending on the country. Any tax and duty costs payable outside of the UK are the full responsibility of the customer. Items must be signed for on receipt.

Sadly due to new ridiculous Brexit regulations, I am no longer able to deliver to NI or the EU. Sorry
