Refund policy

I hope that you are 100% head over heels for your new DeeLyn :: Design jewellery piece! If for any reason you are not, I will do as much as possible to make it so. Please get in touch to discuss any exchanges or alterations needed.

RETURNS: We have a 2 weeks return policy.

In the unfortunate case that you wish to return an item, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, stating the reason for the return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  The returned item should be received back to DeeLyn Design within 14 days. 

Once a return has been agreed upon, please carefully package the items to avoid damage. Other than in the rare case of a faulty item, the cost of returning it will be at your own expense. It is recommended that it is returned using either Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, depending on total value, while making sure to insure the full value. DeeLyn :: Design cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods whilst in transit from the customer.

Refunds will then be made to you within 4 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Any items that have been especially commissioned or made to order (ie bespoke items in size or style that is not normally made) are NON- RETURNABLE. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: Exchanges or alterations will usually be completed within 14 days, if there are any delays this will be communicated to you as soon as possible. 

Many of my ring designs are not resizable. If you are unsure of sizing, please do get in touch for advice. I offer a free finger measuring gauge that can be sent to you to ensure the accurate size is made.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
