There is free UK shipping on all UK £150+ orders, sent using via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

For orders with a total value up to £75, you can choose from Royal Mail 24hr Tracked for £7.50, or 48hr Tracked for £4.50.

Orders with a value of £75 - £150 still must be sent via Special Delivery due to insurance reasons. The cost is £11. This option can be chosen for orders less than £75 if you prefer.

DeeLuxe members receive free postage on all orders of £50 and above (regular priced items).

Most designs are Made to Order, only after you have purchased the item. I do not hold back stock in the studio, however I do often have 1 piece available.

You will see the ADD TO CART buy button for items that are in stock or those that have a quicker making time. These are usually delivered within 3–10 days.

If you see the PRE-ORDER NOW button, this means your design needs to be made and will take longer due to hallmarking or gold plating requirements. These may take up to 8 weeks.

If you need a piece by a specific date, please email info@deelyn.co.uk. I may be able to source from a stockist or fast-track your order.

Each piece of jewellery is individually hand-crafted by DeeLyn. Many items are made to order, specifically for you only after you place your order. This means the dispatch cannot always be immediate and the delivery times vary from piece to piece.

For specific times, see the item's description & the "Making + Delivery Time" section in the drop down. Also look to see if the item is Made to Order (Pre-Order Now) or available now (Add to Cart). These are described above.
